‘Just’ Lemon - Lemon sponge, drizzled in lemon syrup, filled with lemon curd & frosted with lemon buttercream
Carrot & Walnut - Moist & lightly spiced carrot cake smothered with a lemon cream cheese frosting

Black Forest ish - Rich chocolate sponge dotted with kirsch cherries, filled with black cherry jam and swiss meringue buttercream, with a border of chocolate shavings
Cinnamon Swirl - Vanilla sponge swirled with cinnamon and frosted with cream cheese frosting
Red Velvet - Soft red vanilla sponge with a hint of cocoa, frosted with cream cheese frosting.
Quadruple Chocolate - My signature Double Chocolate cake, with ganache filling, frosting filling and brownie chunks, then finished with chocolate frosting, a ganache drip and a border of ‘The One’ brownie bites & chocolate chunks
